Legal Request Form

Use this page to submit privacy requests, opt-out requests, consent revocation requests, California CPRA requests, or other legal inquiries related to www.alwayshereos.com, operated by Loyalty LTD, a Nevada domestic limited liability company.

You may submit a request through the form on this page, by email, by phone, or by mail. All routes are treated identically.

1. Request Types

Select the request type that best matches what you need:

  • Access / Right to Know — what personal information we hold about you
  • Deletion — delete personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — correct inaccurate personal information
  • Data Portability — receive a copy of personal information in a portable format
  • Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — see note below
  • Opt Out of Targeted Advertising — see note below
  • Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — see note below
  • Marketing Opt Out — stop marketing emails, calls, or texts
  • Do Not Contact Request — full suppression from outreach
  • Revoke TCPA Consent — withdraw consent to automated calls or texts
  • Privacy Appeal — appeal a denial of a prior request
  • Authorized Agent Request — submitted on someone else's behalf
  • Other Legal Request — subpoenas, legal notices, licensing inquiries, and other legal matters

Note on sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and sensitive information: Loyalty does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, does not process personal information for targeted advertising, and does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about a consumer. You may still submit these request types and we will confirm our practices to you in writing. See the Privacy Policy and California Privacy / CPRA page.

2. Information to Include

To locate your records and verify your identity, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you want us to search and, if different, the one to reply to
  • The phone number you want us to search or suppress, if applicable
  • Your company name, if you contacted us in a business capacity
  • Your state of residence
  • The request type from Section 1
  • A description of your request
  • Whether you are submitting on your own behalf or as an authorized agent

Incomplete requests may delay processing. If we cannot identify you from what you provide, we will ask for additional information before denying the request.

3. Verification

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, particularly for access, deletion, correction, and portability requests.

Verification generally involves matching information you provide against information we already maintain. For requests seeking specific pieces of personal information, we apply a higher standard of verification. We use information submitted for verification only for that purpose.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny or limit the request as permitted by law, and we will explain why.

4. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law.

We may require written proof of the agent's authorization, such as a signed permission or power of attorney, and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

5. Timing

We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days.

Where permitted by law, we may extend the response period by an additional forty-five (45) days, and we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

Communication opt-out requests are processed promptly and in any event within the time required by law.

6. Appeals

If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal.

Reply to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal," or email privacy@alwayshereos.com with that subject line. Include the original request and the reason you believe the denial was incorrect.

We will respond to appeals within the time required by applicable law and will explain the outcome. If the appeal is denied, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general or applicable regulator.

7. Requests Relating to Client Data

If you are a consumer, lead, or caller whose information is held in the systems of a company Loyalty supports as a managed operations provider, Loyalty handles that information as the Client's service provider. The Client controls the data and its privacy notice governs.

Please direct those privacy requests to the company you interacted with. If you submit the request to us, we will forward it to the applicable Client and assist as their service provider.

8. Legal Notices, Subpoenas, and Service of Process

Subpoenas, court orders, litigation holds, regulatory inquiries, and other formal legal process should be directed to:

Submitting a legal notice by email does not constitute valid service of process unless separately agreed in writing or permitted by applicable law or court rule.

9. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for submitting a request or exercising a privacy right. Submitting a request does not affect pricing, service levels, or an existing engagement.
