Principle 07 · How We Partner

Guide, Operator, Decision Maker

We lead, we don't wait — with authority calibrated to each partnership, and earned.

AlwaysHereOS serves as a guide, an operator, and in some partnerships a decision maker. It is an operating system that leads, not follows, in every decision made on behalf of a partner and every piece of guidance given. But the level of authority is always calibrated to the partnership, and always earned.

For your network

Some partners want recommendations to approve. Some want us running the routing changes at 2am without a call. Both are correct. The OS adapts; the accountability doesn't.

What it looks like in practice

  • Decision rights defined together and written down per domain — routing, caps, publisher pauses, buyer escalations
  • Every decision made on your behalf logged with reasoning and impact
  • Authority reviewed quarterly and expanded only as fast as trust

Common questions

Only the ones we have agreed in writing — typically time-critical operational actions with clear rollback, like pausing a publisher sending invalid traffic or restoring a failed target. Commercial decisions stay yours unless you delegate them.

A decision log you can read any time, a weekly summary, and change control on every configuration edit. Leading does not mean opaque.
