Principle 06 · How We Partner
Your outcome is the deliverable. The task list is just how we get there.
Whether it's small fractional work, a one-time migration or setup, or a retained optimization engagement, we operate as a vested partner — never a vendor running a ticket queue. Your outcome is the deliverable; the task list is just how we get there.
Vendors close tickets. Partners notice the payout setting that's wrong even though nobody filed a ticket about it — and fix it.
A vendor protects itself with scope. A vested partner protects your outcome, flags what is outside scope anyway, and adapts the engagement as your business changes — see Principle 8.
Engagements are typically fractional, project, or retained fees. 'Vested' describes how we behave, not the commercial structure — though we are open to outcome-linked terms where it makes sense for both sides.
